Awesome Screenshots — For Free

Awesome Screenshot does exactly what the name implies: it lets you take screenshots on your computer. It’s a Chrome extension.

There are several features built in that make this a must-have tool. You can annotate your image with simple shapes and even a “blur” tool. You can then share your screenshot via email or social media; and save it temporarily, permanently download it to your hard drive, or on a Diigo account or Google Drive.

It’s also good as a screen measuring tool. As you start to capture a portion of a screen, it will show you the image size in pixels.
